Decent start for instructors, slow career growth
Pros: It's a solid place to get your feet wet in the fitness industry. As a fitness instructor, you learn a lot about personal training and basic club operations quickly. The Manila clubs have good member traffic, so you get tons of client interaction experience.
Cons: Career growth is pretty limited for fitness instructor roles. There aren't clear paths to move up unless you want to transition into club management. Opportunities for advanced training or specialization feel pretty rare.
Advice to Management: Create more defined career progression plans for fitness instructors. It would help retain talent if there were clearer opportunities for growth beyond just basic management roles within the fitness industry.
