Pros: Working as a Software Engineer on the travel tech projects was genuinely interesting. My colleagues were super collaborative, which made the hybrid work setup really effective. We got a lot done together.
Cons: The overall company culture has felt a bit directionless lately. There's been a lot of internal movement and changes, which makes it hard to feel secure. It's tough to see a clear path for career growth here.
Advice to Management: Leadership needs to be more transparent about the company's future. It would really help calm nerves and build back trust for employees, especially for those in engineering roles.
