Pros: The team here is pretty good; you learn a lot about forex trading and the financial services sector. There's a decent salary for a mid-sized corporate, and you get solid client exposure.
Cons: Work-life balance isn't great, especially as a Junior Account Manager. Expect long hours and sometimes weekend work if you're trying to hit targets. It's an onsite role in the London office, so there's really no WFH flexibility.
Advice to Management: Try to implement clearer boundaries for working hours, especially for client-facing roles. More support for Junior Account Managers could help prevent burnout.
