Splash Foundation is a charity creating opportunities for kids and adults from disadvantaged communities to experience the transformative impact of learning to swim and to enjoy lifelong access to the water. We teach people how to swim, train coaches, and advocate for the life skill of swimming. By improving access to swimming, we enhance wellbeing and ignite long term change in the community.
Our beneficiaries include: migrant domestic workers and other ethnic minorities, children and parents from low income families, and children with special educational needs and our programmes are free of cost to them. By 2030, Splash Foundation aims to teach 25,000 people how to swim.

review and is evolving.
Pros: As a Data Analyst, I felt pretty secure in my role. The funding for our non-profit programs is usually solid. You won't see mass layoffs here like in big tech.
Cons: However, actual career growth can be really slow. There aren't many opportunities to move up. Sometimes, new projects feel a bit temporary, making you wonder about long-term project stability.
Advice to Management: Focus on creating clearer career paths for individual contributors. It would help retain talent beyond just job security.
