Pros: I really appreciated the fully remote work option, especially being based in Austin, TX. It's great for folks needing that kind of setup and wanting to work in CPG software. They're pretty understanding if you need to adjust your schedule for personal stuff.
Cons: Sometimes, as an Associate Consultant, meeting times can be tough. Working across different time zones for our global Trade Promotion Management (TPM) clients means early mornings or late evenings. There isn't a clear hybrid model for people who live near an office; it's mostly full remote or full in-office depending on the team.
Advice to Management: Consider clearer guidelines for managing time zones with international teams to support better work-life balance. A more defined hybrid model for employees close to an office could also boost morale and attract a wider talent pool.
