Pros: I liked the hybrid model; being able to work remote from home a couple days a week was a huge plus for my work-life balance as a Junior Software Engineer. They've got a pretty solid setup for that.
Cons: Sometimes the "flexible hours" felt more like "work whenever you can." Project deadlines in IT consulting can make true flexibility tough, especially if your team is mostly onsite in the San Francisco office. It's not always easy to shift your schedule.
Advice to Management: Try to give project teams more autonomy over their schedules. True flexible hours are a big draw for IT consulting talent.
