Pros: I liked working here as a Barista. The team in the Seattle cafe was usually really supportive, and I learned a lot about specialty coffee. It's a nice small company vibe.
Cons: Job security here isn't the best, especially in retail food service. Hours got cut pretty often without much warning, which made planning tough. There's not much room for career growth either.
Advice to Management: Try to give Baristas more consistent hours. It really helps with job security and planning our lives.
