Pros: You'll definitely learn a lot in the advanced **semiconductor manufacturing** space. Some of the teams, especially in **chip assembly**, are really supportive and collaborative. There's a strong emphasis on workplace safety.
Cons: The work-life balance is a constant challenge, especially for us **Process Engineers**. It's common to work long hours, and sometimes it feels like burnout isn't taken seriously. The **onsite** requirement in the **Singapore office** can feel pretty rigid, too.
Advice to Management: Please try to address the heavy workload for engineers. More recognition and clearer paths for advancement would help. We need more flexibility in work arrangements, too.
