Okay flexibility for property sales roles
Pros: As a Property Consultant, I had decent control over my daily schedule for client viewings and meeting in the Hong Kong office. It's good for managing personal appointments, especially in the fast-paced real estate brokerage industry.
Cons: True work flexibility is tough, especially with required onsite days. You're always chasing deals in property sales, so a real work-life balance isn't super easy to achieve. Don't expect to be fully remote.
Advice to Management: Consider allowing more hybrid work for Property Consultants when they're not actively showing properties. It would help with burnout in this demanding real estate sector.
