Pros: I really liked the team in the New York City office, everyone's super smart and motivated. The projects you work on as a Coding Instructor are genuinely interesting, especially if you're into cutting-edge tech. We also got decent health benefits.
Cons: Job security isn't its strongest point. Being a startup in the ed-tech space, things can change quickly with funding. There's a constant feeling of 'what's next' which can be stressful, especially in the developer bootcamps division.
Advice to Management: Try to communicate more clearly about long-term company plans and funding. It would help ease some of the anxieties around job security for us in the ed-tech roles.

Pros: It's a cool place to work for a startup in the EdTech space. I've learned a ton about AI solutions, which is great. The team is smart and collaborative.
Cons: Job security for AI Curriculum Developers feels shaky sometimes. There's always talk about restructuring, which isn't comforting. I've seen some good people leave, making you wonder what's next.
Advice to Management: Be more transparent about the company's financial health and future plans. It would really help calm nerves and boost morale for the team.
