Pros: The team in the Hong Kong office is generally pretty friendly. We often have casual team lunches, which is nice. As an IT Support Analyst, I learned a lot because everyone was willing to help out and share knowledge.
Cons: The company culture can feel a bit old-school sometimes. There's not much room for new ideas, even for seasoned tech professionals. It's tough when you're expected to just follow strict protocols without question, especially in a dynamic industry.
Advice to Management: Management should really listen more to the ground-level staff, especially those in IT Support. Encourage innovation and new ideas, don't just stick to the old ways. This would help retention a lot.
