Rating is calculated based on

Pros: You get thrown into a lot of projects early, which is great experience for junior consulting roles. I learned a ton about strategic advisory in my first year, especially being onsite in the Hong Kong office. The exposure is pretty solid.
Cons: After your first promotion, career growth slows way down. There's not a clear path for advancement, especially for a mid-sized consulting firm like this. You just end up doing similar work without much new challenge. Mentorship isn't consistent either.
Advice to Management: Develop clearer promotion tracks for more senior consulting roles. Invest more in structured mentorship programs to keep people engaged.
