Pros: Some team leads are genuinely supportive, especially in the technical teams. I've had good mentors who understand the challenges of software development and are approachable. The hybrid work setup is a decent perk too.
Cons: Upper management feels really disconnected from the daily grind for us as a Software Engineer. Decisions often come down without much explanation or seem to ignore team feedback. There's a noticeable lack of clear vision from the top for the overall enterprise software direction.
Advice to Management: Listen to your teams on the ground, especially those in data integration and development. More transparency and a clearer strategy for the future would really help morale and direction.
