Pros: The biggest pro for me as a Software Engineer is the remote work flexibility. I can work from home and manage my schedule pretty well. It's a startup, so you get to wear many hats sometimes, which can be interesting for skill development.
Cons: Career growth feels pretty slow here, which is a common startup issue. There isn't a clear path for advancement in this big tech company structure. Also, while remote, sometimes communication feels a bit disjointed.
