Work-Life Balance Is Okay, But Be Ready
Pros: As a Marketing Associate in the Hong Kong office, I got to work on some cool consumer products and luxury goods. The team is pretty solid, and the corporate environment feels stable. You also get decent benefits for a large, established company.
Cons: But the work-life balance here is tough. Expect long hours, especially during peak seasons for our various portfolios. It's an onsite role, and leaving on time isn't always easy when deadlines loom.
Advice to Management: Management should really look into promoting better work-life balance across teams. More flexible work options or clearer expectations around after-hours work would help a lot.

Career Growth is a Bit Slow at Jebsen
Pros: You get good exposure to different premium brands. It's a solid place to learn the ropes of brand management in the distribution industry. The company is an established company, so job security isn't a huge worry.
Cons: Career progression for Marketing Specialist roles is really slow. It often feels like there's no clear path upward. You can hit a ceiling quickly, especially in the Hong Kong office, without a lot of internal networking.
Advice to Management: Try to create more transparent career paths for mid-level employees. Offer more opportunities for internal promotions and cross-training across departments.
