Pros: Third Bridge Group has been a fantastic start to my career in the expert network industry. I've learned so much about various sectors, and the exposure to high-level strategic projects is incredible. The London office has a really supportive team culture; everyone's genuinely willing to help. Plus, the hybrid work arrangement is a real game-changer, giving me the flexibility I need to manage my personal life alongside a demanding role.
Cons: The pace can be pretty intense, especially when we're hitting project deadlines, so you need to be ready for busy periods. Sometimes the approval processes can feel a bit slow, which occasionally bottlenecks project progression. It's a minor point, but improving internal communication around these would make things even smoother.
Advice to Management: Continue to invest in streamlining internal processes and communication, especially regarding project approvals, to ensure efficiency. Also, keep fostering the excellent team environment that makes it such a positive place to work.

Pros: I got great exposure to the expert network industry, learning a lot about finance. As a Research Associate, the projects were always interesting, and I gained valuable skills fast. The London office location is also a plus for networking.
Cons: The work-life balance can be really challenging. You'll often work late, especially when project deadlines hit. It's not uncommon to push past 50 hours a week, which gets tiring.
Advice to Management: Management should look into better project staffing to ease the workload on junior staff. More consistent 40-hour weeks would improve retention.

Pros: You learn so much about the expert network industry and different sectors daily. For a Research Associate, the exposure to private equity firms and consulting clients is huge. There's a clear path if you really push yourself here in the London office.
Cons: Getting promoted feels like it takes forever, especially past the initial stages. It's not always clear how to accelerate your career growth even when you excel. There isn't much formal mentorship to help you get to the next level.
Advice to Management: Please make promotion criteria more transparent for all roles. Stronger mentorship programs would really help junior staff navigate their career paths better.
