Pros: As a Data Analyst here in the Frankfurt office, I've found the base salary pretty competitive for the FinTech industry. It's a decent salary, especially for roles with a few years experience. Plus, they do offer some good health insurance options.
Cons: The bonus structure isn't very transparent; it's tough to understand how performance impacts it. Other benefits, like retirement contributions, feel a bit lacking compared to bigger corporate companies. Don't expect huge perks outside of the basic stuff.
