Decent place for remote insurtech work
Pros: The remote work policy is really solid here, which is great for work-life balance. We get decent exposure to modern tech stacks for an insurtech company. Team members are generally supportive, which helps as a Software Engineer.
Cons: The company culture can feel a bit fragmented sometimes, especially with everyone remote. There's not much upward mobility or clear career growth paths, which is tough. Some processes for temporary car insurance development feel a bit old-school.
Advice to Management: Try to foster a stronger sense of team connection for remote employees. Clearer paths for career growth would really help retention.
