Reliable Company with Room to Grow

Pros: UPS offers a really stable environment in the logistics and shipping industry. As a Logistics Coordinator in Atlanta, I've found good job security and lots of learning opportunities in supply chain. My colleagues are super supportive. The work-life balance here is generally pretty good, which is a big plus.
Cons: Some internal processes can be slow, and communication isn't always smooth across all departments. Peak season demands do impact work-life balance for a bit, but it's expected in this industry.

Solid company with good leadership and benefits.

Pros: Working at UPS as a Delivery Driver offers great job stability in the logistics industry. The pay and benefits are solid, and they really prioritize safety, which is important. The team environment with my fellow drivers is supportive and makes the demanding daily work enjoyable.
Cons: Peak season can mean very long hours, which impacts work-life balance. Sometimes, bureaucratic approval processes for small things can slow down operations.

Solid Job Security, Hard Work Required

Pros: As a Package Handler, I felt pretty secure in my role. There's always work in the logistics industry, especially for a big company like UPS. The union protects your job, which is a huge plus.
Cons: It's tough physical work, so some people don't last. While my job felt secure, moving up to other roles like driver roles can be slow. Promotions are competitive.
Advice to Management: Keep investing in employee development for internal promotions. It would really help retain more experienced staff beyond entry-level Package Handler roles. Show more
