Job Description
- Lead end‑to‑end procurement for MEP and fit‑out projects, including tendering, negotiation, contract award and performance management
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project budgets, timelines and quality requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers and consultants
- Evaluate commercial risks, manage variations and support cost control initiatives
- Work closely with project, commercial and engineering teams to ensure procurement plans align with execution needs
- Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes, governance and compliance
The Successful Applicant
- Extensive experience in data center construction procurement, with a strong focus on MEP and fit‑out works
- Proven background managing high‑value subcontract packages within complex building projects
- Strong commercial acumen and contract negotiation skills
- Experience leading or mentoring procurement teams
- Solid understanding of market conditions, supply chain dynamics and subcontractor landscape
- Degree qualified in QS or equivalent qualifications
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
