Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional client service and support to a diverse portfolio of corporate banking clients
- Assist in the onboarding and maintenance of client accounts, ensuring seamless transactions and compliance with bank policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance the overall client experience
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and streamline client interactions
- Contribute to the development and implementation of client-centric initiatives and strategies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a client-facing role within the banking or financial services industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues
- Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving, with a keen eye for detail
- Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Collaborative mindset and a team player, with a willingness to contribute to cross-functional initiatives
- Commitment to providing exceptional client service and a passion for continuous improvement
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
