Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality client service and support to Financial Instiutions
- Conduct thorough KYC/CDD for new and existing clients
- Assist in the onboarding and maintenance of client accounts, ensuring seamless client experiences
- Collaborate with various teams within the Institutional Banking Group to address client needs and queries
- Contribute to the development and implementation of client-centric initiatives and process improvements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
- Proactively identify and address client concerns, escalating issues as necessary
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in KYC related areas
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and provide solutions
- Demonstrated understanding of the Financial Institutions Group (FIG) and its unique requirements
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to the achievement of shared goals
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively
