Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of MEP systems across all retail branches, wealth centers, and 24/7 ATM zones
Ensure reliable UPS and HVAC performance in self-service banking areas to prevent hardware failures
Maintain vaults, shutters, fire detection and CCTV systems in full compliance with HKFSD and internal security standards
Lead technical execution of branch openings, relocations and digital retrofits, liaise with landlords on building-level issues (e.g. chiller failure, water leakage)
Guarantee on-time WR2 certification and compliance with Buildings Energy Ordinance
Implement energy-saving measures (e.g. AC scheduling, LED retrofits) and execute all works outside banking hours to ensure zero service disruption

Required
Desired experience and technical skills
Bachelor's degree in Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
Minimum 5-8 years of facilities management experience, preferably supporting multi-site retail, banking or commercial property portfolios
Holder of REW A / B is highly preferred
Proficiency with split-type / VRV air-conditioning systems and localized UPS setups commonly used in street-level branches
Fluency in both Chinese and English to effectively communicate with local contractors and corporate teams
Demonstrated ability to plan and execute maintenance works during non-banking hours (nights, weekends)
Strong vendor management skills, including enforcing SLAs and ensuring rapid response for critical facility issues
