Our Workplace team is seeking an asssistant to support daily office operations and maintaining a professional and efficient working environment
Responsibilities
- Daily inspection includes but not limited to office facilities, equipment
- Tidy up meeting room
- Perform outdoor duties, handling delivery of documents to clients, government offices, post office
- Assist in company activity
- Any ad hoc tasks assigned by the company
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above
- Minimum 2 years in relevant experience
- Familiar with Hong Kong places
- Be able to speak fluent Cantonese and simple English
- Be able to read Chinese and simple English
- Willing to learn and hard working
- Patience, reliable, responsible and attentive to details
- Good communication and inter-personal skills
- Immediate available will be a great advantage
