Responsibilitie
sManage and maintain Linux & Windows Server environments: patching, hardening, monitoring, troubleshooting, and service reliability
.Administer virtualization with VMware: ESXi/vCenter operations, VM lifecycle management, performance tuning, storage/network troubleshooting
.Own and support enterprise backup operations with Veeam: backup jobs, restores, monitoring, retention policies, and backup performance
.Administer Active Directory and identity services: user/group management, DNS/DHCP support where applicable, permissions, GPO support, and directory troubleshooting
.Implement and maintain operational monitoring and incident response: ticket triage/escalation, log review, root-cause analysis, and documenting runbooks/changes
