Provide regular and project-specific analytics and market intelligence on air passenger and cargo traffic, capacity, market trends, etc. to internal departments, supporting strategic planning, route development and aviation logistics initiatives
Compile, clean, transform and integrate data from multiple sources into analysis-ready datasets for cross-departmental use
Deliver dashboards, data visualizations and written analyses to generate actionable insights for senior management
Assist in developing analytical templates, automated workflows and visualization tools, including support for Enterprise Analytics Platform (EAP) applications
Enhance department’s data assets, analytical approaches and use of technology to improve the efficiency and scalability of market intelligence services
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Statistics, Data Science, Aviation Management, Economics or other related disciplines
Postgraduate qualification in a relevant discipline is an advantage
Minimum 3 years’ relevant work experience
Experience in handling aviation-related datasets (e.g. OAG data, airfare data) and applying data automation and analytical technologies is an advantage
Hands-on experience in dashboard development, data modelling and automation using analytical tools
Qualification in data analytics, business intelligence or data management is preferred (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python)
Strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills
Proactive, detail-oriented and self-motivated
Excellent command of both written and spoken English & Chinese (i.e. Cantonese & Putonghua)
Strong proficiency in MS Office (i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoints) and AI tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot)
