About the role:

  • Ensure the safety and security of the property.
  • Provide customer service to users and guests.
  • Traffic control and may need to work outdoor.
  • Monitoring the security and other building management system such as CCTV and perform patrol duties
  • Handling day-to-day security/facilities management issues and any other ad hoc duties

What this job involves:

  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese,
  • Holder of valid Security Personnel Permit, Quality Assurance System Compliance Certificate and Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High integrity, honest, dependable, respectful and responsible
