Job Summary
To lead the expansion in Hong Kong, driving growth, identifying new opportunities, and establishing relationships with key stakeholders across highly regulated industries, particularly in financial services
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth and market penetration across Asia Pacific for Hellios Information's risk management solutions.
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities, focusing on financial services and other highly regulated industries throughout Asia Pacific.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with key decision-makers within supply chain, procurement, information security and sustainability functions of large organizations, including government contractors, OEMs, and tier one suppliers.
- Leverage Hellios' product offerings to address client pain points in supply chain transparency, risk mitigation, and compliance with regulations.
- Lead complex sales negotiations, ensuring alignment with both client needs and organizational goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing to create messaging for key market verticals.
- Provide reporting to the Regional Director, including sales forecasting, market analysis, and competitive landscape assessments.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes, emerging market trends, and new technologies to inform business strategy and client engagement
Key Requirements
Qualifications and skills
- Proven sales track record: Demonstrated ability to develop and close large-scale deals within highly regulated industries, with a proven ability to build relationships, understand client needs, and deliver strategic solutions.
- Strategic thinker: Ability to think strategically, act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, and align company capabilities with client goals in complex, highly regulated markets.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; an MBA or relevant advanced degree is desirable but not essentia
Desirable Skills
- Familiarity with enterprise risk management platforms or compliance software.
- Experience navigating international supply chain and regulatory landscapes.
- Strong communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex solutions to senior executives and decision-makers.
- Established relationships with key industry players in financial services
- Supply Chain Risk & Compliance Expertise: Proven track record of working with senior supply chain, compliance, and risk stakeholders to mitigate supply chain risks, ensure regulatory adherence, and optimize vendor relationships
