Conduct global market sounding to identify and engage potential investors, operators and users for the facilities for SKYTOPIA developments
Identify and originate business opportunities and partnership leads across real estate, hotel and hospitality, and art-related sectors
Lead and coordinate meetings, presentations, and site visits to build strong investor/operator interest
Assist in developing a robust business case, including development and financing model, investment projections, shareholding structure, etc. for SKYTOPIA developments
Assist in mapping out sound business strategies and procurement process for recruiting Investors and/or Operators in SKYTOPIA developments
Manage consultants and coordinate with internal departments for SKYTOPIA developments
Execute and implement SKYTOPIA developments with Investors/Operators upon confirmation of business partnership
Degree holder in Business, Real Estate, Surveying, Art, Hospitality, or other related disciplines
Minimum 6 years' relevant working experience
Strong commercial sense and market awareness is a plus, particularly in real estate development, art, and hotel/ hospitality
Experience in driving developments and projects targeting premium segments is a plus
Strong collaboration, communication and analytical skills
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
