Manage feasibility studies and land use planning to evaluate site potential and optimize project schemes for new developments
Coordinate with internal divisions and manage multi-disciplinary consultants to ensure timely delivery of necessary government approvals and monitor key milestones
Oversee planning and business strategy studies to inform strategic master development and support effective business case formulation
Drive stakeholder engagement to align project objectives with market interests and gather valuable feedback
Prepare market research, business analysis and presentation materials
Manage the preparation for Expression of Interest (EOI) and tender processes to ensure successful project execution
Handle planning and development studies and ad-hoe duties as required
Degree holder in Surveying, Real Estate, Urban Planning, Business Administration or related disciplines
Professional qualifications in Surveying and Town Planning, e.g. HKIS, RTPI or equivalent would be an advantage
Minimum 6 years' relevant working experience in area planning and property development field, preferably with experience in land use planning and real estate market studies
Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word
Strong market sense with analytic mind
Good team player with the ability to work independently
Good presentation, communication and self-motivation
Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
