Responsibilities:

  • Manage feasibility studies and land use planning to evaluate site potential and optimize project schemes for new developments

  • Coordinate with internal divisions and manage multi-disciplinary consultants to ensure timely delivery of necessary government approvals and monitor key milestones

  • Oversee planning and business strategy studies to inform strategic master development and support effective business case formulation

  • Drive stakeholder engagement to align project objectives with market interests and gather valuable feedback

  • Prepare market research, business analysis and presentation materials

  • Manage the preparation for Expression of Interest (EOI) and tender processes to ensure successful project execution

  • Handle planning and development studies and ad-hoe duties as required

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Surveying, Real Estate, Urban Planning, Business Administration or related disciplines

  • Professional qualifications in Surveying and Town Planning, e.g. HKIS, RTPI or equivalent would be an advantage

  • Minimum 6 years' relevant working experience in area planning and property development field, preferably with experience in land use planning and real estate market studies

  • Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word

  • Strong market sense with analytic mind

  • Good team player with the ability to work independently

  • Good presentation, communication and self-motivation

  • Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
