What This Job Involve

  • Greet and assist visitors in a warm and professional manner
  • Handle general inquiries via phone, email, and at reception
  • Manage incoming/outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries
  • Assist with meeting room bookings and office administration include filing, data entry, record keeping
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as needed

Required Skills And Experience

  • HKDSE or above
  • 1 year of work experience preferrable
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and Chinese Typing
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
