Responsibilities

Job Description:

  • Support the full training cycle, including training needs collection, training planning, enrolment, logistics, attendance tracking and course evaluation.
  • Design and implement learning and development initiatives to foster a strong learning culture, such as learning campaigns, internal knowledge‑sharing sessions and themed learning events.
  • Assist in sourcing, evaluating and managing training vendors and external institutions, and maintain related cost records.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date training records through effective LMS management, including user management, course management, progress tracking and support for course design.
  • Prepare regular training reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
  • Design and deliver selected soft skills training and team‑building sessions as an internal trainer, in alignment with organisational standards and values.
  • Provide administrative and project support to the L&D department and participate in ad hoc people development and organisational development projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Education or a related discipline.
  • Around 2-3 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development or Human Resources; candidates with less experience but strong digital capability and a positive learning mindset will also be considered.
  • Solid experience in training coordination and administration, with exposure to vendor sourcing and LMS management.
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI and digital tools to enhance workplace productivity and support L&D operations.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; experience in facilitating soft skills training or team‑building sessions for junior staff is an advantage.
  • Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills, with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office and common collaboration tools; experience with LMS platforms and virtual training tools such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams;
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese); Putonghua will be an advantage.
  • Proactive, agile and growth‑minded, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
