About the role:
We’re looking for a new breed of Learning & Development professional to help craft a sophisticated yet whimsical employee journey at Carlyle & Co. As our Assistant Talent Development Manager, you will support the Director of Talent & Culture in the design, coordination and delivery of project-based learning, with a particular focus on new concepts and change initiatives across our club(s) in Hong Kong.

What you will do:
- Lead project‑based learning for new concepts and change initiatives across our club(s) in Hong Kong, embedding our brand values, mission and vision in every learning touchpoint.
- Design, facilitate and manage engaging, blended programs, create materials, oversee end‑to‑end logistics and administration, and ensure alignment with our Competency Model.
- Strengthen leadership readiness in partnership with the Talent Development Manager and our Corporate Rosewood Academy, coordinating development programs, career paths, talent reviews and succession planning.
- Evaluate training program impact, maintain compliant training records and support cost‑effective budget management.
- Drive digital learning adoption, curate content, coach departmental trainers and partner cross‑functionally to embed learning in operations.
- Collaborate across Talent & Culture Team to elevate associate engagement and create meaningful culture moments.
What you need to have:
- Experience coordinating project-based training for concept launches, system rollouts or operational change, ideally in hospitality or related service industries.
- Proven change management capability with an innovative, solutions‑driven mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills; able to build trust with associates at all levels and backgrounds.
- A creative approach paired with empathy for the associate experience.
- Strong command of English and Cantonese (spoken and written).
- Solid project and stakeholder management, facilitation and basic instructional design literacy, comfort with Microsoft 365 and learning technologies.
