Responsibilities

  • Review the on-day room assignment
  • Review and manage the room inventory
  • Manage and pre-block the room for special request
  • Handle the communication channels (including telephone calls, Teams, WhatsApp message, etc.) from other department
  • Handle express check out
  • Pre-assign the rooms for the future booking
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Degree / Diploma holder in hotel management or related discipline
  • 2 years of relevant experience in hotel is preferred
  • Familiar with Opera system will be an advantage
  • Result oriented, team player, self-motivated and can work under pressure
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
