Responsibilities
Review the on-day room assignment
Review and manage the room inventory
Manage and pre-block the room for special request
Handle the communication channels (including telephone calls, Teams, WhatsApp message, etc.) from other department
Handle express check out
Pre-assign the rooms for the future booking
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Qualifications
Degree / Diploma holder in hotel management or related discipline
2 years of relevant experience in hotel is preferred
Familiar with Opera system will be an advantage
Result oriented, team player, self-motivated and can work under pressure
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
