What The Day Will Look Like
- Supporting the Manager of Payment Operation and CFO in the delivery of the Aon strategy.
- Supporting the Payment Operation team to timely allocation of receipt and to ensure maximizing cash allocation..
- Investigation and follow up of unallocated cash with bank, collection team, and business stakeholders.
- Preparing and processing payments (e.g., insurers , client refunds, and third‑party payments)
- Supporting regional and/or country projects and initiatives to continuously strive for process and efficiency improvement, such as (ABS operating model)
- Ensuring all transactions comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Supporting internal and external audits
Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success
- 2-5 years accountant experience and preferably in insurance industry.
- Attention to detail and inquisitive mindset
- Prepared to seek resolution to queries and issues and is comfortable working across disciplines, volume and to tight deadlines
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and database experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
