Job Description
As a Knowledge & Information Paralegal, your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing and maintaining the legal department's knowledge and information resources.
- Supporting the development and implementation of knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Ensuring the accuracy and accessibility of legal documentation and resources.
- Collaborating with internal teams to streamline knowledge management processes.
- Providing training and support to staff on knowledge and information systems.
- Monitoring industry trends and updates to enhance the department's knowledge base.
- Assisting with the organization of internal knowledge-sharing events and workshops.
- Responding to queries and providing timely access to critical legal information.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar role. However, paralegals looking to transition into a new area or candidates working in law publications, will also be highly considered. Fluency in English and Chinese is required. This role requires someone with strong communication, organizational and analytical skills.
