The acquisition enhanced Synergis’ overall business strength and long-term development capabilities in Hong Kong and Mainland China, which will ultimately benefit the Company and our customers.

We are looking for an energetic professional with firm commitment to excellence to fill the post of Assistant Business Development Manager.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Operations team in preparing and submitting tenders, prepare budget and work plan;
  • To assist Senior Management in supporting all business development works;
  • To ensure information relevant to the business development process is shared efficiently & effectively within the company;
  • To review the bidding process periodically;
  • To analyze the business development figure for senior management;
  • To provide support to handle business correspondences and documentations, such as business proposal, database of property portfolio, regular reports, composting presentation materials and research independently etc.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma holder in any disciplines;
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in the Property or Facility Management industry with business development / marketing / marketing communication experience;
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills;
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
  • Proficient in Advanced PowerPoint & Excel, familiar with design and graphic software (e.g. Canva) and AI software is an advantage;
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and able to produce work with high accuracy.

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Business Development Officer.
