About The Role
As a
Security Supervisor, you will be leading the team in daily security operations, ensuring strict compliance with established standards while providing guidance and support to deliver a safe and reassuring environment for all guests and colleagues
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the team effectively to drive day-to-day security operations
- Ensure security operations are strictly followed to established standards and policies
- Provide practical guidance and coaching to maintain consistent Hotel and Departmental standards
- Cultivate and maintain excellent guest relations to enhance their satisfaction
- Handle guests’ inquiries promptly and effectively, as well as reporting any complaints related to security or safety to Management immediately
About You
- Certificate or above with professional qualifications in Security Management
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the Hotel or Security Industry
- Valid Security Personnel Permit
- Ability to assess risks and perform independent security / operations reviews and audits
- Sound knowledge of security access control system, alarm monitoring system and CCTV system
- Self-initiated team player with good communication skills
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
