The Recipe for Success: Role Summary
Join the vibrant world of Le Creuset as a
Retail Sales Associate, where cookware meets colour, and customers come for inspiration! You’ll be the friendly face helping shoppers discover their next kitchen favourite, sharing product tips, and keeping the store looking fabulous. From ringing up sales to restocking shelves, you’ll bring energy, enthusiasm, and a love for great food and design to every shift.

- What you'll be doing
- 店舖商品介紹與銷售 Provide product introduction and sales support at the store.
- 達成店舖業績 / KPIs 目標 ( 包括團體以及個人目標) Achieve overall store and individual sales targets/KPIs
- 遵守公司政策及營運守則 Comply with company policies and SOPs, ensuring proper execution
- 支援店舖日常營運相關事務及各項工作目標 Assist the Counter Chief / Store Manager with daily operational tasks and goals
- 處理突發或緊急情況，並採取適當的措施與進行匯報。 Respond to emergencies according to standard procedures and report appropriately
- 參與公司所辦之各項活動與訓練 Participate in company-organized activities and training sessions
- 提供優秀的Le Creuset服務讓顧客感到滿意 Deliver excellent Le Creuset service to ensure high customer satisfaction
- 顧客關係管理，主顧客招募和維繫 Manage customer relationships, including recruitment and retention of loyal customers

What We’re Looking For
- 中學畢業，一年零售工作經驗 Secondary school education with at least 1-year retail experience
- 店舖主管 (Store in-charge)，須具兩年零售管理經驗 For Store In-Charge, 3-year retail store management experience
- 能操流利粵語、一般普通話及英語 Good command of spoken Cantonese, Fair spoken Mandarin and English
- 具良好人際關係、溝通技巧及團隊精神 Good team player with pleasant personality and Interpersonal skills
- 主動進取以達到銷售目標 Self-motivated and aggressive to achieve the sales target
