Job Description
We are looking for AI Engineers / Data Scientists to join our AI Solution Team. You will apply data analytics and cutting-edge AI to solve client projects across various industries. This role is ideal for high-potential candidates who enjoy bridging the gap between theoretical math and practical, scalable AI solutions.
Responsibilities
- Address real-world business challenges by using computational skills and cross-category approaches (Computer Science, AI, Statistics, and Mathematics);
- Design and implement AI solutions involving diverse data sources and multi-modal data (text, image, etc.);
- Participate in the full project and project lifecycle, ensuring AI components align with business objectives and team collaboration processes;
Requirements
- Being honest, humble, and a proactive learner;
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Science, or a related quantitative discipline;
- Experience in Python;
- Strong critical thinking skills with deep, logical reasoning;
- A strong interest or experience in agentic programming and LLM orchestration;
- A strong sense for data structures and algorithms;
- The ability to process large datasets, build models, or formulate real-world problems using a mathematical approach;
- An understanding of analytics and statistics with a data engineering mindset;
- Familiarity with SQL or NoSQL databases is an advantage;
- Team spirit and proactive idea-sharing; fluent in both Chinese and English.
