- Responsible for bidding and purchasing of engineering & equipment required by construction projects in Southeast Asia to achieve project schedule requirements and cost control targets;
- Prepare and execute engineering & equipment bidding and purchasing plan;
- Participate in the formulation of bidding plan for engineering & equipment procurement;
- Organize contractor/supplier evaluation and prepare evaluation report;
- Prepare bidding documents, organize bidding Q &A session and participate in bidding negotiation;
- Prepare and submit bidding report;
- Prepare and apply for the approval of contracts signing.
- Consolidate contract list and follow up the execution of the contracts
- Initiate and follow the process of Payment Application according to the contract terms.
- Collect the latest information and get familiar with the price trend s of the market
- Collect and summarize supplier information, maintain equipment supplier database
- Finish other ad hoc tasks required by team leader.
