What This Job Involves

  • Manage the onsite cleaners to ensure the clean and tidiness of office and perform regular performance review with vendors.
  • Responsible for invoice submission and tracking before cut-off date.
  • Manage the air-conditioning arrangement upon request from users.
  • Manage office supplies ordering on monthly basis.
  • Making sure to demonstrate professional and polite responses in telephone responses.
  • Responsible for Employee badge and building card management.
  • Responsible for maintenance schedule arrangement with local vendors.
  • Responsible for ticket resolving for all general facilities-related matters.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma / Higher Diploma in any discipline of relevant experience in customer service environment preferably in PM/FM or hotel industry or CS industry;
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua);
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Chinese Word Processing;
  • Cheerful, proactive, well organized, detail-minded and able to work independently
