Manage the onsite cleaners to ensure the clean and tidiness of office and perform regular performance review with vendors.
Responsible for invoice submission and tracking before cut-off date.
Manage the air-conditioning arrangement upon request from users.
Manage office supplies ordering on monthly basis.
Making sure to demonstrate professional and polite responses in telephone responses.
Responsible for Employee badge and building card management.
Responsible for maintenance schedule arrangement with local vendors.
Responsible for ticket resolving for all general facilities-related matters.
Job Requirements
Diploma / Higher Diploma in any discipline of relevant experience in customer service environment preferably in PM/FM or hotel industry or CS industry;
Good command of both written and spoken English, and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua);
Excellent customer service and communication skills;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Chinese Word Processing;
Cheerful, proactive, well organized, detail-minded and able to work independently
