We actively look for professional, inspiring and collaborative teams in R&D with roles as follows:
- Develop advanced power semiconductor technologies;
- Design device, process and mask layout;
- Perform TCAD simulation;
- Manage wafer processing and foundries; and
- Apply patents.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- University degree or above in Physics / Electronic Engineering / Applied Physics / Materials Science or in related technical discipline with background in microelectronics / semiconductor devices;
- Knowledge in semiconductor devices such as diodes, MOSFETs, IGBTs, etc. and/or in TCAD simulation, wafer fabrication, electronic packaging and device characterization is definitely a plus; and
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
