Collaborate with the Manager to understand client requirements and translate them into tailored technical solutions.
Manage new incoming enquiries. Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers, acting as a key point of contact for technical queries, follow-ups, and ongoing project support.
Prepare and review technical and commercial proposals, drawings (using AutoCAD), and specifications for bids and tenders.
Liaise with internal design, controls and project engineering teams to ensure feasibility and alignment of proposed solutions.
Assist in cost estimation, budgeting, and bill of quantities (BOQ) preparation for projects.
Support pre-sales activities including client presentations, site visits, technical clarifications, and product demonstrations.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the material handling sector.
What You Offer
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
Proficiency in AutoCAD (or similar tools) and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
2-5 years of experience in an engineering role, preferably with exposure to sales, tendering, or customer-facing environments.
Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively under tight deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural team environment.
