Provide support to the Quantity Surveying (QS) department, including but not limited to handling and managing main contract and subcontract documents, overseeing subletting processes, and cost control.
Perform measurements, payment processing, and subletting tasks.
Handle cost estimation, cost control and final account settlements.
Handle contractual claim and dispute resolution;
Manage, monitor, and update data and documents with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties for executing excellent QS services, etc.
Develop and maintain supplier database and pricing benchmarks.
Support the implementation, and enhancement of QS / Procurement systems (e.g. ERP).
Requirements
Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of solid QS experience in foundation, civil, or building projects.
Proven experience in ERP implementation, enhancement, or process improvement is highly preferred.
Good command in spoken & written English and Chinese
Self-motivated, well-organized, able to multitask, and eager to learn.
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Quantity Surveyor
