Provide support to the Quantity Surveying (QS) department, including but not limited to handling and managing main contract and subcontract documents, overseeing subletting processes, and cost control.
Perform measurements, payment processing, and subletting tasks.
Handle cost estimation and final account settlements.
Manage, monitor, and update data and documents with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
Requirements
Higher Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of solid QS experience in foundation, civil, or building projects.
Proficient in MS Office
Good command in spoken & written English and Chinese
Self-motivated, well-organized, able to multitask, and eager to learn.
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor
