Job Duties
- Plan and advise to stakeholders on A&A, renovation and maintenance works
- Communicate with different end users to ensure works comply with statutory requirement & procedures and are completed to required standard
- Conduct site inspection for work progress and quality control
- Prepare feasibility study on re-layout and relevant building works
- Comment on condition survey, planned and ad-hoc maintenance works
Requirements
- Higher Diploma / Degree in Building Surveying, Building Studies, Project Management or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ working experience in consulting / project management / facilities management field
- Knowledge of building services will be an advantage
- Self-driven and user-oriented
- Good command of English and Chinese
Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Officer – Technical Support.
