  • Prepare and maintain tram schedule and relevant documents
  • Review tram schedule & tram operation performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Liaise with dispatch team to align schedule and roster with actual operation capability
  • Communicate with internal and external partners on tram operation related issues
  • Plan and execute operation arrangement for special events and campaigns
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks as required

Profil De Candidat Recherché

  • Associate Degree or above in Statistics/Transportation/Logistics or related discipline
  • At least 3 years' experience in transport operation is preferred
  • Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
  • High proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English
  • Computer literacy (MS Office)
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Technical Support Officer
