Pros: I learned a ton about the MarTech industry and data analytics. As a Software Engineer, the problems were challenging and the tech stack was modern. Plus, being remote was a huge plus for flexibility.
Cons: Work-life balance is pretty tough here. There's an expectation for long hours, especially around deadlines or new feature launches in this fast-growing company. It can be hard to really disconnect.
