Pros: They offer some good remote flexibility, which helps a lot, especially being in the Singapore office. For many IT consulting roles, there are quiet periods between client projects. It's nice to have that break sometimes.
Cons: When you're on a big client project, the hours can get really long. As a Solutions Architect, I often worked weekends during critical implementation phases. It's tough to maintain a decent work-life balance when deadlines hit in software services.
Advice to Management: Try to better manage project scopes and client expectations to reduce the need for excessive overtime. Consistent workload distribution would really help prevent burnout for technical staff.

Pros: You get good exposure to digital transformation projects here. For junior consultants, there's a lot to learn quickly. It's solid for getting hands-on experience in the IT consulting space.
Cons: Career growth is a real challenge. As a Solutions Architect, defined promotion paths weren't clear. I often worked on similar projects, which limited skill development.
Advice to Management: Management should invest more in clearer career development plans, especially for mid-level technical roles. Offer more training or rotation options on different digital transformation initiatives to keep consultants engaged.
